We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 02531239 and have our registered office at Units 1 & 8, Bacchus House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7 8EN. Our VAT number is 573 0142 67.

Accessing our site

Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Contracts for the supply of goods formed through our Site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Horse & Hound Competition

Mountain Paws “Horse & Hound Competition” is an online competition which allows anyone to apply to win a Mountain Paws bundle to include a dog collar, rope lead, catch toy, and muddy dog towel. Applications are submitted using the form at www.mountainpaws.co.uk/horse-and-hound

This campaign is open to anyone over the age of 18.

There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Mountain Paws will endeavour for the successful applicant to receive the complete entry bundle but reserve the right to send a different product subject to availability.

Applications for the 2017 Horse & Hound Competition open on Monday 10th July 2017 at 12.00 BST and will close to the public on Thursday 31st August at 23.59 BST, at which time entries will no longer be counted and the application interface will be retired from the Mountain Paws site.

By applying, participants agree to entering themselves into the Horse & Hound competition.

Your information will not be shared with third parties but will be retained by Mountain Paws for e-newsletters with news and offers we think you might like. If you would prefer not to be contacted you will be able to easily unsubscribe from these.

There is 1 winning entry available in the Horse & Hound competition.

Only one application per person; applicants are welcome to submit an application for friends.

The winner selected at random will be notified of their success or otherwise by Monday 4th September 2017. They will then need to provide Mountain Paws with a suitable postal address for receipt of their chosen products. Failure to respond to a 'winning' email by 12.00 BST on Monday 11 September 2017 will result in a forfeit of your place in the Horse & Hound competition and the prize may be awarded to another entrant.

Mountain Paws reserves the right to withdraw or alter the conditions of the Horse & Hound competition at any time.

Surnames provided to Mountain Paws will not be disclosed for privacy reasons.

The applicant agrees that the email provided may be used as the primary means of contact from Mountain Paws to let you know if you have been selected as part of the Horse & Hound competition.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Mountain Paws warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period of 2 (two) years. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alteration, or damage caused by any form of natural disaster such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. You may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service. During the Limited Warranty Period, Mountain Paws will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product (or any part thereof) and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from country to country. Warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
